Know what you mean.   I think the most common "mis-speak" I hear is "respectfully" when they mean "respectively," as in the BUN and creatinine were 20 and 0.9 respectively. 


I had a GI specialist the other day mangle the spelling for Hirschsprung disease - you would think with it being her speciality, she would know how to spell it.  


On my first MT job, my supervisor told me, "Doctors and nurses can't spell, but they think they can.  Never trust their spelling and always doublecheck it."  Boy, was she right!
