and those that don't.. In my clinic, they constantly hire new nurses. They are paid by the hour... they have now hired 10 nurses, whereas when I started here 17 years ago, there were 3... 17 years ago, there was 2 transcriptionists.. and today... 1-1/2... Maybe the nurses SHOULD get paid by the number of patients they see. They certainly aren't rushing out to hire more MTs! I believe you all will understand what I'm saying..
