There are always going to be people you don't get along with for one reason or another.  If anyone thinks they can get ahead by making somebody else look bad, that's what they will do, instead of trying to do their job better.  If you are in customer service, that is almost a given not everyone is going to be satisfied.  I can't imagine working at the DMV or Unemployment Office. I worked for a credit data agency and people would get so irate over things that weren't our fault, but they would threaten us with bodily harm.  I don't like working at home and being here almost all the time because I live alone, but it's better compared to being in an office where you can't control your surroundings, the cliques, the backstabbers, etc.  I've learned to just do my job the best I can and not care what anybody else is doing.  It's none of my business if it doesn't directly affect me.
