This was the way I used to set up macros in WP. Have not figured out how to do the same thing with Word- mostly because I usually have plenty of work so that I just learn enough to get the work done and search for tips every chance I get. I have been to Productivity Talk, and it is a bit over my head. I also plan to order some classes from MTwerks. I just now ordered the Word 2003 Bible, as I have 2003 on my new computer and have been using 2002. Thanks a lot and wish me luck.
