I've never worked for MQ, but I was able to produce anywhere from 1800-2000 lines in roughly 6 hours. I worked hard on my expander and made my work as efficient as I could. I had a full personal life and rarely worked over 40 hours a week.
It's so unfortunate that the minute you admit to being a "high producer," you're called a liar or have unfair judgments made.
