it's possible :o). I actually got my job from having my resume in the Resume Bank and the company contacted me! I have benefits, work full-time, do ER notes (great for lines) and one of the owners' husband says as soon as they start referring to us by number instead of name he is out of there. I went through 3 other companies before getting this job and that makes me appreciate it much more.
