job/s. It sounds like you are not kept busy with the job with benefits, so why not keep that to keep benefits and just get on with a small MTSO for part-time work. I am an IC and presently work for 2 places. One almost full-time and one almost part-time. The first is for radiation oncology and the second is for acute care hospital. I can work even more for hospital if I ask or more frequently when they ask me to when they fall behind. My 2.
