I appreciate the time you took to put down all your thoughts about my decision. You're right, I would never leave my current job if I didn't have another one securely signed-onto.
Like you, I am sick of the office gossip and drama. And I am most CERTAINLY sick to death of administrative types. Where I work there are far too many of "them", and not nearly enough of "us."
I'm going to add your post to my "pros & cons" file, and it will definitely help to look back on it as I go about deciding what to do, and when to do it.
