Keylogger 008

In Reply to: Are you married? Do you have any reason to suspect - Yes, I'd be concerned

My spouse is not bright enough nor computer literate to be able to do this to my PC.  I erase it constantly, and yet, everytime I log onto my "company server" to work, it appears constantly.  I remove it, and when I receive another job to transcribe and open up the job to type it, run the spyware, it is there again.  It constasntly keeps coming back.  I believe I am being monitored in every aspect of my life by the company I work for, that is what bothers me.

Keylogger
Aol has spyware that will tell you when you run that program. They also have spy zapper program that will also tell if they are on. Aol spy protection tells you what type of threat level they are at. Then you can choose to block them for awhile. It is not permanent. I'm not sure about other internet companies? Check with them to see if they have any programs available. These are free with Aol subscription.
What does keylogger do?
Everytime I log on to work and run my AOL spyware, I get Keylogger on mine. Every time I block it with AOL and it shows up with every job I do. Do not have a clue how to get rid of it. Really bothers me. Any clues what keylogger does?
Just what exactly is keylogger? see message
I think I am on the right track on thinking that it is something that can see what you type, but if this is on a computer that a company gave you or on software that a company gave you to install on your computer, does that show what is being typed on all computers in that home that are connected by router?  Couldn't this be in HIPPA compliance if we work for other places too and use the same computer?
I wonder if they could put keylogger software...
On your computer without your knowledge? Scary.
how would one find out if there was a keylogger program installed(sm)
on your computer?
