Kielbasa

I take a large onion and slice it and brown it in a large dutch oven. Then brown 3 pounds of kielbasa cut in approximately 1 inch pieces. Add sliced potatoes (I have even used canned ones on occasion). Top with a lage can of drained sauerkraut, then add two cans of beer - any flavor. Cook over very low heat for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Enjoy.

Kielbasa

My family loves the hillshire farms penne/sausage recipe. I use the hot kielbasa for this and add extra cheese. Here's the link:

Who has a great kielbasa recipe? (sm)
We love kielbasa and have sauteed it with peppers and onions in a skillet, grilled it with peppers and onions and sauce in an aluminum foil packet and cooked with cabbage.  Can't find any other neat recipes with kielbasa.  Any good ones out there to be found?  Thanks!
