Equate what this dummy's asking you to do regarding drug spelling initial cap rules to this: 

You have a clogged up toilet that's flooding your house.  You've tried draino, plunging, and praying; nothing works. 

You call a plumbing service and ask them to come out and fix it. 

You know nothing about plumbing; otherwise, you wouldn't be calling them but fixing the problem yourself, right? 

The experienced plumber arrives at your house, and you proceed to tell him how to fix your toilet.  Do you think he's going to listen to you or do what he knows  to do in order to properly fix your toilet and keep it from flooding?
