I find the program very easy to work in and yes,if you have experience with a word-based program it is quite easy to learn and autopopulates as well. The pros are paid on time and fairly and control your schedule. IC status. The cons are many templates and the ESLs are difficult for most of our MTs. Lots of oncology and drugs that are killer.
