 I had a total of just under 5 years with MQ.  I worked out of the Tampa office and my accounts were all ESLs.  Couldn't get a backup at all with anything else as they said they had nobody else who could do the harder accounts.  I watched all the office staff go due to "downsizing" and the phone clerks be promoted to the jobs.  I finally left and a year later went with the Dallas branch office.  Told them upfront I cannot do Mexican-Spanish accents. Cubans yes, Mexicans no, it's a totally different way of speaking.  What did they do? Gave me the worst account they had, a hospital down on the Tex-Mex border.  After 3 months they still hadn't got the direct deposit straightened out and not once in my entire employment was I ever reimbursed for the internet charges.
