Not that a pat on the back isn't nice every now and again, because it is, but that isn't why most of us work...We do it for the pay check. I am emailed twice a day every day letting me know the status of every account in the office, how many reports on the system, how many in TAT, how many out of TAT, etc...and EVERY EMAIL says "thanks for the great job you guys do for us!" I can't remember the last time I ran out of work. I wouldn't leave MQ for any other company out there!!
