MT pay

There are many professions where people work from home and are still paid a good salary.  I don't see why we should be any different.  The fact that we don't have the expenses involved in an office job is beside the point.   Other work-at-home professionals don't have those expenses either but they are not expected to take a cut in pay because of that.  We should be paid for our services rendered and a fair pay at that.  Anything else we happen to gain from working at home should not be considered in the equation.

I too need a job that offers the flexibility that working from home provides, but that doesn't mean I'm less of a professional than the accountant down the street or even the dentist or physician working from their homes.
