MT with MS

Good morning. I am 30 years old, and I have had MS since I was 16. I originally wanted to be a nurse, but unfortunately, due to so many problems with my MS, I had to choose another profession and became a Medical Transcriptionist.

I have had the fortunate opportunity to work at home which has helped me a great deal, especially when I have one of "those days" when just simply getting up is a chore. MT jobs are home are a little hard to come by nowadays unfortunately, unless you decide to work for a nationwide company that allows 24-48 TAT which also can be an option.

Please let me know if you have any questions for me, including tips for managing MS symptoms as I feel I am an old-timer at this point!! Remember; a positive attitude is so important and sometimes half the battle. Surround yourself with positive support of family and friends; don't know where I would be without them...
