I think you need to start giving out warnings. Yes I also understand being an IC give you the luxury to work when you want to but come on people there are still deadlines that need to be met. It sounds like you defintely need to start getting mean and requiring work from them on a daily basis or you will have to look elsewhere. There are PLENTY of qualified MTs out there that want the work. I could even help you out some if needed. E-mail me directly.
