The spelling of her name is Roseann Freundel. It appears she was a med student at the time your SIL delivered. Tracked her as far as Lehigh Valley Hospital but she doesn't pop up on their physician search engine. Maybe this will help you continue your search. I'll see if I can find anything else in the meantime.
