I recently left an 8-year position I had at a local hospital to work for MedQuist. I worked for a teaching hospital with 90% of the dictators being foreign so I thought I had that strong ESL down. Well I now work for Medquist and have mostly all Spanish speaking doctors, which has ended up being a very hard ESL for me! I don't do any OPs, but offered to learn them, as like you they were another work pool at my prior position. There are a lot of posts on here about MQ, but if you want strong ESL and OP notes they are probably the place to go, only I don't know if they would "teach" your or just throw them on you. Good luck.
