Thanks for the suggestions!  I work in ChartScript and I do not know if some the Expanders you mentioned are compatible.  They do have an "autocorrect" though.  I am wondering if this would work.  As I transcribe medications enter them in autocorrect in lower case, and have the autocorrect change the brand name drugs to reflect capitalization.  What do you think?  Where I used to work I had things down to a science, working with autocorrect.  I would type wnsr50 and Wellbutrin SR 50 mg would pop up, zft50 and Zoloft 150 mg would pop up etc.  Let me know what you think of my idea would ya?  I am switching from transcribing psych for 14 years to emergency department, which I have not done in 14 years.  GOOD GRIEF!  TIA
