I had exactly the same thing happen...I was doing "overflow" and I helped them clear up a 10-day backlog, and then boom...nothing!! I also had a large facility try to get me set up with their VPN, etc., and the IS people couldn't figure it out, and I just quit getting e-mails and phone calls! It does not seem very professional at all, does it? Oh well, I don't operate my small MTSO that way, so I feel okay about it. I just go on to the next account and try to get more business as I move along.
