Micromanaging!

I just posted about this point below "I hear echoes"!  Glad I'm not the only one having to deal with this.  If anyone could give me advice on my post below about this MTSO not returning any of my communications about paying 2 invoices!!!!  I'm thinking I have no recourse in the long run. 

Furthermore, when I started "training," I had to work only when she could work and send each report in a separate email as I was typing them! Then she'd return each saying it was okay to send through or with any corrections.  I put up with it because I figured once I get off QA, it would be great (11 cents with spaces, 55 character line doing acute care, of which I have a lot of experience doing). 

Anyway, if I made a mental error like typing a singular verb instead of the plural, she ranted on as if I had made a medication error or lab error AND there were at least 10 instances where they were wrong and I had to correct them!  Give me a break. 

Anyway, I guess I'm still steamed because has not returned any of my emails, etc.  Please see reply to my post below if you have time.  Thx!
