Still around 80 here in Illinois, but we are finally getting rain!
It hasn't been this dry here for 130 years. Had our first t-storm in 2 months.
Wow, we are having one heck of a thunder and lightening storm from the heat, finally started to rain
some.....gonna hit 105 here in VA (near  Richmond)....yikes!  Hope we don't lose power, have 1 stand fan and 1 window fan if power does go (have a generator) but still, way to little for such heat. Our poor AC is gonna blow (along with the electric bill).
probably heavy rains and strong winds
Your about the distance from the coast as I was in MS with Katrina and there was damage as far as 300 miles into MS..
Hurricane Rita just upgraded to Category 5 with winds of 165 mph
I hope everyone from TX stays safe. Learn from Katrina.
RAIN, RAIN GO AWAY. PLEASE!!!

ARRRGGGGHHH!!!!   It has been raining on and off since Friday. Every half hour, a downpour. We got 6 1/2" yesterday alone and it has been raining cats and dogs all night and every hour or so today. We supposedly are supposed to get 2 more days of this.

There are people that are being evacuated from their homes, people being rescued from their cars, homes are getting flooded, roads closed, and river rescues...

We are lucky. The underground springs only washed out our driveway and the small creek turned into a raging river and flooded our storage trailer, but I feel really bad for the volunteer firefighters. They are getting called out left and right.

On top of this, there have been fires and now the electric is going on and off. PLEASE, someone wave their magic wand and stop this. We are waterlogged.

(Just had to get this off my chest). Thanks for listening.

rain
I didn't realize y'all were getting that much, I pray it stops soon!   We are having 100 degree DRY days; can't there be a happy medium?   Good luck to you!
Np. Take a rain check...ya never know :-)

every day come rain or shine (and no taxes to pay) NT

I just hope some of the rain comes up to VA, it has not rained
trees are dying, leaves are falling early (started coming off in droves about 2 weeks ago), ground is rock hard......maybe some slight bit of good can come out of it if those that just need some rain get it.
Yes, love the sound of the rain on the roof! nm
:-)
Lots of wind, rain from Alberto -

The year went by F-A-S-T!  Getting lots of bad weather from Alberto.  My satellite is going in and out - no internet, no work.  Think I'll take a nap!!

Not just high temps every day but no rain in nearly 2 months where I am!
It was 109 here yesterday with the heat index! A hot, gusty wind was blowing so hard that from inside I thought surely it must be raining, but it was the trees swaying, their dry leaves rustling. Corn crops here are a total loss, and I hear cotton is not far behind. Someone do a rain dance, please!
Sunny and 45 in Randleman, NC...chance of rain today though.

This is how it is in Arizona
Welcome to an Arizona summer-- the electric meter spins itself off the pole and the utility companies dance with glee.  My AC went out a week ago (naturally on the weekend) and it was over 90 degrees in the house with the swamp cooler going full blast.  Come on, move to Arizona everybody----.  The Chamber of Commerce doesn't tell you about THIS part!
Don't come to Arizona
It is the same here-- and all the Calif. people ARE moving here-- making it that much worse. I want to get out of here, too.
YES IN ARIZONA
Yes
We had some storms with heavy rain yesterday but did not make a dent
in the dryness. The past few years we have been saturated with it raining constantly. Last year we were 40 some inches over the norm for rain at one point. This year dry as a bone and hot as heck. The little bit you get through the thunderstorms has not made a dent in our need for rain. The river is low.

The weather pattern is so strange.
Arizona fires
You all have probably seen the horrible Arizona fires on TV.  I can see the smoke and flames from my house-- and could be in its path if the wind changes.  There is a meeting at the high school tonight regarding fire info.  Even though I am SO tired of doing transcription, I would much rather be home doing it than attending a fire meeting--.

who is going to get to take the flak for this mistake... besides the patient?
36 hits doesn't necessarily mean anything.
If there were 30,000 hits on Google, I'd think it legitimate.  However, 30 hits could mean that there are 30 misspellings or 30 idiots out there making up words.  Or it could be a real word.  Normo is a combining form; however, reflexic is not in any of my dictionaries.  (Merriam, Taber's, Dorland's, Stedman's)  If the account's verbatim, use it.  Otherwise, tag it.
Better Business Bureau BBB.ORG 39 hits of
Ameriplan with UNSATISFACTORY ratings.  Do more investigating before you waste your money on an MLM scam, and please don't tell me to check it out because I already did two years ago.
THE HITS KEEP COMING-NEW PROBLEM AS OF OCT 1ST
You probably received an email from your supervisor about full time meaning you HAVE TO produce for 40 hours a week to be full time.  That means, if you take any time off without pay (because you only have 80 hours of PTO a year) for ANYTHING (sick, funeral, whatever the emergency), you will no longer be a full time employee, which means no benefits at all.

If a post gets so many hits on it, it gets the flame.
Not sure what the magic number is though.
IMO - no. If he hits you once, he will hit you again. It will not matter what religion you believe

A $300+ bill is typical for us in Arizona. sm

We use the payment plan so our bill is the same every month. They average all 12 months and come up with a month payment.  Our winter bills usually would be as low as $70 if we weren't on the payment plan.

Can't live here without AC - no way, no how.

Now that hits the nail on the head!
You said that right.

'MEDICAL TRANCRIPTION SUCKS."

It is the only job I have ever had where I actually do 25% of my work for FREE because my employer SAID IT WAS MY JOB.

And every day these companies are more creative looking for new and improved ways to bleed the MTs for more of our hard earned money.

And that IS the reality of this business.
ocean front property in Arizona, too??
are ya a little bit country - haha -- gotta love George Strait!! i'm with ya all the way on those proposals!!
It's a good way to get lots of hits on your post!

Did anyone attend AIBT in Arizona to learn
Just wondering if any of my old classmates come to this board. Thanks
I loved Arizona - I lived in Tucson....sm

see?  I'm telling ya, it's a small world.  I spent nearly 10 years out west in the 1970s.....Tucson for 3 years (worked at Pima College and other places), Santa Fe, and Denver.  Came back to the east coast in 1980!!  In Tucson I also worked for Desert Cycles, a dirt bike store on Speedway!!!  Flagstaff was a tad too cold for me.  *lol*

Would you walk three blocks in 110 degrees at 3 p.m. in Arizona - no trees, no breeze, no wet SM

except for sweat.  It's brutal.

Now is 110 and supposed to get hotter.  Yesterday was 113 in the shade

well wait til your daughter hits someone. You will lose everything in that civil lawsuit.
I mean, how ridiculous is that. Letting a 14.5 year old to get more experience. Sheesh. Let her drive at 16 with you and let her drive alone at 18, if you want her to have more experience. There's a reason why the driving age is 16, not 14.
do a google search-were many hits and should find good info--nm
