I love the ones who start out dictating 90 mph, then come to a dead stop while shuffling paperwork saying "ummm, ummmm, ahhhh", and then find what they were looking for and shoot off at top speed again, only to repeat the routine a couple of minutes later.

I know they're busy but seriously, is it asking too much for them to briefly review the chart and organize their thoughts somewhat BEFORE they begin dictating?

Sometimes I just sit here shaking my head at how disorganized some of them appear to be.
