may he rot in a traditionally warm place (for personal not business reasons) told me several years ago that the gubbermint has recognized that many, many people are telecommuting, and they have loosened up a lot on the home office deduction. It would stand to reason, since they're so eager for us to go "green" in all possible ways.... If we're not commuting, then we're not adding to the greenhouse gases, so they should encourage us to work from home. Or something. But I've been claiming home office for years now, even before I came completely home, and have had no trouble.
