You are all crazy! Don't you know this is National Redundancy Day?

The patient fell on his left hand. Three views were taken of the left hand. There is no soft tissue swelling of the left hand. There is no dislocation or fracture seen in the left hand. Nothing abnormal is seen in the left hand. The left hand is negative.

IMPRESSION: Nothing abnormal seen, negative left hand.

"Transcriptionist, can you go back to where I said 'left' and change it to 'right'?"
