No problem ... SM

I hate it for you that you were bounced around on your accounts. That's one area I have been fortunate in.

With S, I've been there 3-1/2 years and on the same 2 accounts the entire time. With MQ, 2-1/2 years and only switched 1 minor account once...been on the same 2 accounts since. That helps SO much.

I don't particularly WANT to do ESLs but I have a lot of them and realized they would be my job security and worth. I have learned most all of mine on my accounts. When I encounter a new one, I will do 2-3 reports by that dictator, send them to QA and call my supv or production manager and explain that unil I get QA back on those reports I don't want to do them -- I want to make sure what I am doing is CORRECT first. Once I get my reports from QA, I pick them right back up. Still takes time/energy/positive mindset to learn them though.

I'm happy to answer any questions. I will help anyway that I can.
