Not IC

The doctor I work for hired a new doctor to help out. So, I am currently typing for two doctors. In the past year he has opened four new offices. He also has  Saturday clinic. I do get paid salary, but what is considered good pay when working 7 days a week and averaging 6-8 hours everday?

I feel like maybe it is time for me to look for a new job. I would love to hear from you'll - I am feeling a little down tonight
