Not all are like that. sm

But what about those of us who work their shift, work overtime, have good quality, good work ethic, experience, etc., etc.,  We get the shaft and can't make a living.      We are not all like you stated. 

I work hard when I'm supposed to, work on any account given to me, have good quality and I can't make a good living.   All that's wanted, it seems, is production, production, production!   Wonder why there is no quality!    Everybody says there are good places to work out there, but I can't find them.
