but people have no idea what is really involved with this line of work. (I know I didn't before I got into it!).

There are so many factors involved in being fast and efficient and things that can trip you up.

Maybe we could all list things we can think of that contribute to the complications of this profession. (I wouldn't mind writing them all down.)

People tend to think it is just think it's just "typing."
