You could try finding a company who hires TRUE ICs (meaning no scheduled hours, just meeting TAT or line requirement) but I just spent a couple weeks on the job search and most of what I saw searching employee-only companies was that most, if not all, want at least one weekend day and 2nd or 3rd shift. That just seems to be the way things are right now. You could wait a couple months and see if their needs change, but right now that's pretty much all you're going to find.
