Wasn't their a major lawsuit against one of the top companies a few years ago regarding this exact issue? From what I remember, they had to pay back a ton of money to MTs by order of the Dept of Labor and were fined up the wazoo by the IRS. I agree that ignorance is no excuse, but she didn't commit a crime.... the company did.
