Not sure QA would be for me thanks

for the responses.  I don't see the pros outweighing the cons on this issue.  Don't know why anybody would want to do QA per these suggestions.  I don't have any down-time with my company so that is not an issue, and if you are paid less to retype a report correctly   - no, no, no .....
