If I just edit and send the completed and corrected erports, the new MT continues to make the same error, of course. If I send the MT all the corrections/explanations, some listen but SOME DON'T. There is the problem, as far as I'm concerned. If they listen, great. If not, I feel like I'm wasting my time by having to correct the same errors over and over again.
I have a problem with new grads who think they know it all and that what they learned in school is the one and only correct way to do it! Sorry, kids. It isn't. That's what account specifics are all about.
