Our 18 month old female Rottie, Pasha, does that, but CONTINUOUSLY. It was not too bad when she was smaller, but now she totally ignores where she is in the car and just barges her way through to "chase the car". It's gotten so bad that we don't take her anywhere but to the vet. The last straw was jumping over the back of the driver's seat onto the driver while we were driving on a highway....
