change the default printer while you are transcribing their documents. I have had a situation where I would transcribe a document and everything would look fine on my end, but on receiving it to the office computer the formatting would change due to the printer settings on their end. I changed my default printer to one that did not even exist in reality, just one of the choices of printers, and then everything was fine on their end.
