Thanks, but as far as I know, the fax companies that you have to sign up with charge you a fee per month and also according to how many pages you fax. I fax about 3,000 pages a month to this client, so paying by volume of pages faxed isn't an option. I use MightyFax or the fax wizard in Word and fax for free :o) I just need to know if that will still work if I'm using a VoIP. Thanks for your idea anyway
