I am sure it is a 'right' fit for a lot of people...but in my opinion they have forgotten the true value of an MT since they have grown and let their QA and managers become more important.  It depends on how much you value yourself...the more you do, the worse it may be for you.

  • after reading supervisor posts below where they are transcribing too, it does beg the question of - cherry picking.
    • We get paid $1.10 for radiology reports and my supervisor transcribes also sm - So true
    • I do not get extra money for typing and supervising.. I get paid salary which means - even if I work 80 hours a week, its the same.
