Question

First of all, never sacrifice quality for quantity.

My question: When you proof, do you find many mistakes or is everything okay 95% of the time?

I'm not going to advise you not to proof, but you surely will pick up more lines when you feel confident that your quality is good enough that you don't have to go over the report twice.

Sounds like you are doing very well. 150 lph and proofing is pretty good. :-)
