Question for Peg and others

Thanks Peg. Is the plug that connects that MS 2000 keyboard to the computer USB or one of the rounded type of plugs?

I am confused becausse the computer work gave me has all USB connections, and it seems most of keyboards/mice are the round type.

Also, does anyone know what the rounded plugs are called. I am trying to find some sort of adapter for my KVM switch so I can still have my two computers connected to the same peripherals.

UGH! I hate this tech stuff.
