The people who provide Express Scribe have a free little program called Fling that can be set up to automate transfer, etc. I haven't used it for a while but I think that it works only one way (synchronize one direction) but I can't remember. You might just want to check out their site because they have lots of cool programs and they may be something that will do what you're looking for. They have free trial downloads so you can fool around with the programs so you'll know what they do, etc.
