It is all expanders, or macros. I have over 2,000. I can do about 300 lines per hour, but after 25 years I proof, proof, proof, quality is important too. There is an excellent book entitled something like, "When every keystroke counts". I do not believe some of the huge numbers people claim here. I am very fast, and can't do that, and no I am not jealous, if you can get over 300 lines an hour, go for it.
