Still searching, however. Will post back if I find out anything more. I don't know much about the book suggested to me by the co-worker "Saving Keystrokes," but supposedly there are tips in it for creating macros and shortcuts. I went to order it from Amazon.com and didn't like what I read in the review so thought I would come here to find other options.
