Good Grief. What a nice way to present yourself as a company trying to hire MTs. And by the way, QA people think they are GOD. Not all QA people are correct. Thing is, you can have 2 different QA people review a report and they both can tell you something different. Sometimes the way the QA person says it should be done is THEIR "preferred" way but it is not necessarily wrong. I wouldn't work for you if you paid 15 cpl. Go hire your people in India but then get the heck off this board. They don't complain because I am sure they get a lot less per line than US MTs.
