Please, call an attorney located in the state where you worked, and he/she will tell you what you need to know.  No doubt, the jurisdiction will be in the state you worked.

To get the money that you worked hard for, make that call TODAY, and also make it so that this group won't do it to anyone else again, or at least think twice before they do.
