Boy it sounds like I wrote your post. My sister and I are still close but by three brothers don't hardly hear from them now that my folks are gone. I had to pull teeth to get 2 out of 3 here for my sister's 60th birthday. My sister and I have always been there for the guys during their crisis and needs but unless we initiate the communication we don't hear anything. I have told my sister that should I pass away before her -- I am younger -- that she is NOT to notify my brothers of my death as if they cannot come and see me when I am alive no need to come to my funeral. Also if after my demise, if they happen to ask about me just say, "Oh didn't I tell you she passed away months/years ago." But that is how I feel now. Could change who knows. And there was no fight, no nothing. Just this drifting away. Patti
