Looking at this as a manager and having worked onsite in a hospital in MT .. it is about their insurance. They are looking at you and calculating how much you will cost them in self insured pay outs. It is certainly not legal and yet, most will never fight it because of the sheer upset it causes a person's self esteem, but in this business it is always about the money!! There are many MTSOs out there who will hire you for your ability and not your bikini figure and be happy to have you. What a rotten shame!
