Sharks

You are swimming with sharks. Don't forget this. Don't do it again. Make a plan for how you will handle future needs now. Only allow someone you trust to fill in for you. If you don't know them, have them sign a contract. Even if you do know them. Be careful too of those you buy services from. I once had a wonderful contract that was taken from me because I had to involve a "middleman" who was installing equipment at the hospital. He thought it was "okay" for him to pass along confidential information to a person from his church who happened to be my competition. He snuck her in the door and I went out. I never buy equipment from that company anymore, let me tell you. I buy from anyone but, even if their product is inferior. I have no regard or trust for them EVER AGAIN. Cover your backside. Have ANYONE you have to do business with sign a confidentialty contract. Hold them to it. You won't ever have to be sorry again. Sorry for your distress, I really am. Hope you hang in there and go forward.
