She is replaceable

She needs to be politely reminded that it is your company and she is an employee.  If she cannot strive for 100% perfection then she can be replaced.  You drop the tapes off at her door for gosh sakes!!!

I as a MT would never want my initials at the bottom of a document with errors, human or otherwise.  There are level 1 first year MTs that would kill to work for you and would do it for less than .08 just so they could get the experience.....
