Because it is a hospital, not a doctor's office, you would charge more. I know someone who does radiology at the hospital, uses their equipment, and is paid 14 cpl. The cost of living is low here too - no matter, 12 cents is low. You also failed to mention that you will be printing too, right? I type for an oncology place making 12 cpl for a 55 character line - as a subcontractor no less. I can understand many of us are just happy to have a good job especially in today's economy, but my goodness, please charge what should be the going rate.
